I contacted Elite Nursing Services, Inc. to inquire of the services it provides just as I was preparing to leave the hospital where I had multiple surgeries. I talked to the agency administrator Dennis and my care needs. He said he would come to meet me at the hospital. Two days later, he came to visit with me and spent the entire afternoon with me. He explained the processes needed to get service started for me. He came few times to visit with me as I was preparing to leave the hospital. When I felt neglected by my own family Dennis was always there to listen to my concerns, and comforted me when I needed to be. You treated me like you own family.

You lifted a burden off my family and I without probably knowing you did. We had a decision burden whether to put our dad in the nursing home or keep him at home to receive home care.
