The People's Care Story
The People's Care story began more than a decade ago as a provider of residential care for adults with developmental disabilities. CEO Mike Kaiser, an RN, had developed special techniques for improving the lives of people with special needs. His philosophy was based on four basic principles: Personal Choice, Community, Dignity and a Loving Home Setting.
Over the years, People's Care has grown to include specialized support services for people with cognitive and physical disabilities. These services are provided both in the home and out in the community.
Today, People's Care is regularly listed among Inc. Magazine's 5000 fastest growing, privately held U.S. companies. We have built upon our long history of successfully working with people who have varying needs for support. We now offer private, in-home care for Seniors, those with Chronic Illnesses, a need for Rehabilitative Care or who have Alzheimer's/Dementia or Challenging Behaviors.
Each Care Team includes a full-time People's Care Professional Care Manager who is a social worker or nurse, and who is specially trained to support people with varying needs. From simple homemaking and personal care for seniors, to assisting those with chronic illnesses, permanent or temporary disabilities, dementia or challenging behaviors, with People's Care, you'll have the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your loved one is being well cared for and monitored in the comfort of his or her own home.
